In the match, Kolkata Knight Riders batted first because their openers totally failed. Ajit Agarkar and Sourav Ganguly were the greatest run-scorers for the group with only 15 runs each. The first two wickets fell back-to-back in the 3rd over. Later, it followed a string of dismissals. In the 15th over, the last batsman Shoaib Akhtar was also dismissed and the KKR’s scoreboard reached just 67-10.

Even though Mumbai Indians’ opener Sachin Tendulkar was ignored in the 1st over, Mumbai Indians easily managed to win the match in just 5.3 overs. With Sanath Jayasuriya’s 48 runs, Mumbai Indians won the match by 8 wickets.

in IPL 2017, Delhi Capitals (Delhi Daredevils) also scored just 67 runs, and this also the lowest team total in IPL. Delhi Capitals played against Punjab Kings (Kings XI Punjab) in the match. The fallout of wickets for Delhi Capitals started in the 1st over with Sam Billings who was dismissed for a duck. All the batsmen failed to perform in front of the Punjab Kings’ effective bowling. Corey Anderson was the highest run-scorer of the Delhi Capitals with 18 runs. Delhi Capitals were bowled out for 67 in 17.1 overs.

Sandeep Sharma took 4 wickets while Axar Patel and Aaron Finch took 2 wickets each. Mohit Sharma and Glenn Maxwell also accounted for 1 wicket each. While batting, Punjab Kings won the match by 10 wickets after Martin Guptill scored a fifty (50) and Hashim Amla scored 16 runs.

This time, Delhi Capitals batted 2nd in the match.  Mumbai Indians showed a great batting performance and put up 212-3 on the scoreboard after batting first. Lendl Simmons smashed a 66-run knock and Kieron Pollard hit 63 runs. Hardik Pandya also played a quickfire knock of 29 runs off 14 balls.

Chasing 213 runs for victory, Delhi Capitals totally failed in the batting. Opener Sanju Samson was dismissed for a duck and Karun Nair scored the most runs with 21. Most of the batsmen were dismissed on a single-digit score. Delhi Capitals were bowled out for 66 in just 13.4 overs and Mumbai Indians won the match by 146 runs. Harbhajan Singh and Karun Nair took 3 wickets each while Lasith Malinga took 2 wickets.

The 2nd lowest team total in the Indian Premier League came way back in IPL 2009. Rajasthan Royals scored just 58 runs in a match against Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2009. Batting first, Royal Challengers Bangalore scored 133-8. RCB openers Jesse Ryder and Ross Taylor were dismissed for a duck. Rahul Dravid scored 66 runs while Kevin Pieterson scored 32 runs. These came as a big rescue for Royal Challengers Bangalore as they reached 132-8 in the end.

While chasing, Rajasthan Royals failed completely and were bowled out for just 58 runs in 15.1 overs. Anil Kumble grabbed 5 wickets while Praveen Kumar and Jesse Ryder took 2 wickets each. RoyalChallengers Bangalore won the match by 74 runs.

Royal Challengers Bangalore scored just 49 runs in IPL 2017 in a match against Kolkata Knight Riders. This is actually the smallest team total in IPL up to now. Kolkata Knight Riders batted first at the match and scored 131 after dropping 10 wickets. Sunil Narine scored 34 runs for the team.

Chasing a very low total, Royal Challengers Bangalore completely failed with all the bowling at the game. Not one of the RCB batsmen managed to cross 10 runs as most of the batsmen were bowled for a single-digit score. Virat Kohli was the first wicket from the 1st over and the fall of wickets followed the article that. In only 9.4 overs, all of the RCB batsmen were disregarded and the team could just attain 49 runs on the scoreboard. KKR won the game by 82 runs.
